HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery time: Once your package has been picked up by our carrier, delivery times are as follows:

  • USA, Canada: 5-8 business days
  • Europe, UK: 6-9 business days
  • Australia: 6-9 business days
  • Rest of the world: 9-12 business days

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO?

If a product you're interested in is currently unavailable, feel free to contact us at hello@maudelles.com for more information on restocks. If the item was on sale and is sold out, it may not return, but you can always inquire with our support team.

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST!

Sometimes packages experience delays or even get lost during transit. If you suspect your parcel is missing, please contact us at hello@maudelles.com with your order number and details of the items, and we’ll investigate the situation and assist you promptly.

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We recommend monitoring your tracking details regularly. It may also help to use your national postal service’s tracking tool for quicker updates. Please be aware that customs delays can add an additional 5-10 business days to delivery times. If you're concerned, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURN?

As much as we'd like to offer free returns, we currently require customers to cover return shipping costs. We hope to offer free returns in the future as we continue to grow.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order up to 30 minutes after it has been placed. After this period, the order will enter the shipping process and can no longer be cancelled. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@maudelles.com

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order before it is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee this. Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order for the best chance of making adjustments to items or your delivery address. (Note: This excludes weekends and public holidays, where responses may be delayed.)

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to international orders at this time, except for address updates. We hope to expand this service in the future.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, it’s possible that you entered an incorrect email address or it may have gone to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder, and if the issue persists, contact us at hello@maudelles.com with your name and order number so we can resolve it.

CAN I BUY OR PICK UP ITEMS IN-STORE?

Currently, all purchases are online only. However, we’re excited to announce that a physical store is in the works! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about the grand opening and exclusive offers.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please ensure your return meets our return policy requirements. You can start the return process by visiting our Returns page within 14 days of receiving your item. If you’re an international customer, follow the prompts relevant to your location. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for store credit, which you can use to purchase a different size or item.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
